Stuart Hodas, President
Stuart graduated from Bentley College in 1978 with a degree in marketing which he put to use for the next 20 years holding several sales, sales management and marketing positions within the computer hardware and software industries. In 1998, Stuart and his brother Ken purchased a small office supply and contract furniture business outside of Boston. The contract furniture business, under Stuart's leadership, was renamed and rebranded in 2001 as Spaceworks. For the last nine years, Stuart has been a champion of the sustainable and modular European model of building. As a result, Stuart focused these energies and developed Spaceworks Architectural Interiors in 2007 to focus on innovation and alternative building models for the construction industry.
Robin Dorogusker, Vice President of Client Relations
Robin Dorogusker is committed to helping her clients achieve high performance workplaces on time and within budget. Robin's strengh is her ability to focus on the details of a project without losing sight of the big picture--integrating herself within the client company to become their biggest ally. Robin's emphasis on relationship building, listening, and her no nonsense approach sets her apart from other project managers.
Prior to joining Spaceworks AI, Robin served as Senior Project Manager of Real Estate and Planning at the First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston. while at the Church, Robin developed the program and implementation plan for the consolidation of all TFCCS employees at the Christian Science Plaza, which had a project budget of $17 million and a reduction from a 585,000 square foot campus to a single 185,000 square foot building. Prior to that, Robin worked as a Project Director at Fox RPM Corp. where she simultaneously managed an average of 6-10 major projects, with $1 million in project fees managed per year. Robin had also worked on site providing tenant representation and strategic project planning for such companies as Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Pearson Education, and Northeastern University.
Heather Rowan, Account Executive
A graduate of The New England School of Art & Design, Heather practiced as an interior designer in the residential, corporate, and healthcare sectors before entering the corporate furniture and architectural products dealership field in 2006. Heather’s background of design and project management provides her clients with a clear and detailed vision of a project from discovery through implementation.
Heather is strongly committed to the industry not only thru the relationships she has built through her career, but through her participation in the numerous professional organizations and non-profits she is involved in. She currently sits on the Board of Plan NH, is a former board member and current Affiliate Chairperson for NH CIBOR (Commercial Investment Board of Realtors) where she was the 2008 recipient of the Affiliate of the Year Award. She is also actively involved with the American Institute of Architects and participates in MEREDA (Maine Real Estate Development Association) and the Maine Chapter of SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services).
Heather resides in Portsmouth, NH and in her free time is an active triathlete and takes part in seasonal yacht racing both locally and offshore.
